I made a grilled roast beef and cheddar sandwich (2 slices) using mayo. After reading several testimonials claiming that it spiked BG, I was expecting the worst. Before I had a chance to try it, I decided to see if there were any reviews on reddit. I went to Costco today looking for Franz Keto Bread, but I ran across Artisan Bakers Multi Seed Keto Bread instead and decided to bring it home.
